Aims Substance use disorders are associated with significant physical health comorbidities, necessitating an integrated treatment response. However, service fragmentation can preclude the management of problems during addiction treatment. (Osborne et al, 2022). Northeast England continues to have highest morbidity /mortality regards substance (ONS, Therefore, it is essential that staff in settings innovate address health. Methods A review literature identified little research relating care and recovery settings. Our protocol for blood testing was used set audit standards. The assessed electronic communication records.
